("Weas") Bill Marchuk 29 January, 1927 - 23 January, 2009 With sadness and heavy hearts, we announce Bill's death at Union Hospital at the age of almost 82 years. Predeceased by his loving wife, Lorraine; parents Mary and Fred Marchuk; brother Peter and sister, Olivia. Survived by sisters Mary Chernesky of Hamilton; Jennifer Montgomery of Winnipeg and brother George of Vancouver; sister-in-law Joey Marchuk of Moose Jaw and nieces, nephews and cousins. A heartfelt thank you to dear niece Gail Hamilton of Edmonton and special friends Dot and Dave Ansell of Moose Jaw. The family is very grateful to Dr. Wigmore and staff at the Union Hospital for their compassion and care. A Funeral Service will be held at Parkview Funeral Chapel on February 5, 2009, viewing at 11 a.m. with service to follow at 1 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
