BECK, MARLON G. (CARTER) MARLON G. (CARTER) BECK of Central Blissville, N. B. passed away at White Rapids Manor on November 5, 2008 at the age of 91. Marlon is survived by one daughter Joanne B Emoff (Leo) of Tracy, two sons: Harvey J Beck (Valerie) of Barnesville and George C. Beck of Central Blissville, three sisters: Pauline Stephenson of Saint John, Barbara Gaudet (Nelson) of Tracy and Thelma Arsenault of Central Blissville, one brother Claude Carter of Ridgewood Veterans Home, 3 grandchildren: Kara Gruchy, Shannon and Justin Beck, one great grandchild Karly Doyle, several nieces & nephews. Marlon was employed as a Nurses Aid during the war years and later was a Homemaker to her family . She is predeceased by her parents Josephine (Clark) and Roy Carter, her husband Joseph Clifton Beck, one daughter Josie Beck, one sister Ilene, five brothers: Bobby, Lloyd, Donald, Douglas and Keith. Relatives and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home for visitation on Thursday, November 6, 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Hoyt N.B.on Friday November 7, 2008 at 2 PM with Bishop George Lemmon officiating. Interment to follow in the St. Luke's Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers a donation to the Diabetic Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family .
