MACNEILL, RICHARD EUGENE Richard "Dick" Eugene MacNeill of Fredericton, NB passed away peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on November 29, 2008. Born on September 1, 1931, he was the son of the late Eugene and Grace (McKeen) MacNeill. Dick loved salmon fishing and hunting. Dick is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Irene (Moran) MacNeill; one daughter, Debbie Scott (Brien) of Fredericton, NB; one son Dale MacNeill of Edmonton, AB; two granddaughters, Becky Bonnar (Anthony), Jennifer Scott and two great-granddaughters, Jordan and Savannah. Besides his parents, Dick was predeceased by a brother, Preston MacNeill (Pat). Although there will be no visitation, a Memorial Service will take place from York Funeral Homes T.Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Dr. Fredericton, NB on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 2pm with Rev. Boyd Vincent officiating. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice and would be appreciated by the family.
