CALVIN "CAL" CREASER
CREASER, CALVIN "CAL" The passing of Calvin "Cal" Creaser of Keswick Ridge, NB, husband of Vivian (Wyman) Creaser occurred on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 8, 1926 in Riverport, NS, he was the son of the late Naaman and Vega (Mosher) Creaser. Cal was a Merchant Mariner in WWII. He worked as a superintendent for 21 years at NB Power-Mactaquac Dam. Cal faithfully attended All Saints Anglican Church, Keswick Ridge, NB and was a life-long choir member. Cal's life was full of interests too numerous to list. He pursued his interests with passion and shared those interests freely with anyone and everyone. In addition to his wife, Vivian, Cal is survived by his sons, Robert of Burlington, On, Charles of Blacks Harbour, NB and his children, Gretchen and Nicholas and Eben (Heather) of Longscreek, NB and their children, Jason, Derek and Hannah; brother, John (Lucinda) of Riverport, NS; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Cal was predeceased by his infant sister, Vivian and brother, Albert. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, January 22, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at All Saints Anglican Church, Keswick Ridge on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 2 pm with Archdeacon John T. Sharpe officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the All Saints Anglican Church, Keswick Ridge; Chalmers Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice.
