BELLIVEAU, LORETTE The death of Lorette Belliveau of Minto, NB occurred Friday, March 06, 2009 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in St. Paul, Kent Co. June 7, 1917 she was the daughter of the late Henri and Bibiene (Cormier) Belliveau. Lorette owned and operated Belliveau's Grocery with her husband Gerald from 1957 to 1979. She was a member of Les Dames de St. Anne and Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Survived by three sons, Henry (Martha) and Victor (Nancy) of Fredericton, and Ulysse (Bernice) of Rogersville; three daughters, Ella Lauzon (Raymond) of Montreal, Ida Belliveau (Roger) of Lake George, and Anna Rollins of Minto; a brother, Aldoria; five sisters, Haittie LeBlanc, Lena Vautour, Rita Legere, Doris Blaquiere, and Minnie Surette; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lorette was predeceased by her husband Gerald Belliveau in 2000; a son Jerry; brothers Elie, Acquila, Victor and Denis; a son-in-law Paul Rollins. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home with visiting on Monday afternoon from 2 to 6pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00AM, Tuesday, March 10, 2009 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Peter Stephen officiating. Internment will take place in Saint Bridget's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB at a later date.
