BURNS, MARY LYNN It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Lynn Burns of Fredericton announce her passing on March 25, 2009 at the age of 44. Born in Fredericton, she was Roman Catholic by faith. Mary Lynn worked as a receptionist for Dr. Ian MacDonald for 20 years and was a member of the B.O.P.E. #274. Survived by her mother Loretta Burns; father Ivan Burns; son Jake; fiancé Charlie Levesque; brothers Kenny Burns and Gary Gee (Emma Dorcas); nieces Erica and Kari; nephew Nick; great nephews Tyler, Colby, and Brandon; cat Niggy; dog Buddy; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Predeceased by a sister Cynthia Ann Burns; step mother Ann Miller; Paternal and Maternal Grandparents; as well as her dog Shelby. Visitation will be held on Sunday March 29, 2009 at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Rd. from 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held Monday from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM with Rev. J.J. Dolan officiating. Interment in the Hermitage Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish memorials may be made to the SPCA, NB Heart and Stroke or charity of the donors choice.
