BLANK, LEROY THOMPSON The death of Leroy Thompson Blank of Fredericton, NB occurred on Friday April 10, 2009 at York Manor Nursing Home. Born in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Thompson and Pansy Mae Blank. Leroy worked for the Chestnut Canoe Factory when he was younger, loved animals, especially dogs and flowers. Leroy is survived by a brother John Blank; sisters Marie and Wynona Blank all of Fredericton; aunt Rhoda Carson of Campbellton, NB and many cousins. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB on Monday April 13, 2009 from 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will held from Smythe Street Cathedral on Tuesday April 14, 2009 at 2pm with Rev. James Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Sunny Bank Cemetery, at a later date.
