MCCAIN, MARJORIE LOUELLA (NEE PEARSON) April 3rd, 1924 - April 30th, 2009 Marjorie McCain of Florenceville, NB passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 30th, 2009. Born in Upper Brighton, NB she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys (Estey) Pearson. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Andrew, who was the light of her life. She will be sadly missed by her loving children: Allison (Clare Whelton), Kathryn (Jamie Pyper), Linda (Dan Walshe), Margie (Paul Roy), Stephen (Penny Ebbett), and Nancy (Bill Morneau). Marjorie was especially proud of her thirteen grandchildren: Brian, Kate, Eleanor, Andrew, Ian, Emma, David, Laura, Julia, Alice, Henry, Clare, and Edward. She is also survived by her brother James Pearson. She was predeceased by her sisters Dorothy Rankin and Margaret Hutton. Marjorie was a devoted mother and grandmother, who dedicated her life to her family. A modest and reserved person, she enjoyed watching the achievements and activities of her children and grandchildren. Marjorie was known for her dry sense of humor and her kind and gentle manner. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to her caregivers who provided loving care and friendship. Friends and relatives will be received at L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Road, Florenceville, NB on Sunday, May 3rd, 2009 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will be held at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Florenceville, NB at 11:00 am on Monday, May 4th, 2009. Additional seating for the service will be available at L. R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville. A private family interment will be held in the McCain Cemetery.
