EDGAR, LEIGH DOUGLAS Leigh D. Edgar of Lake George, NB and formerly of Calgary, AB passed away May 5, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Leigh was born in Fredericton on July 22, 1955, a son of Clayton and Gertrude (Kierstead) Edgar. He was employed with Royal Sun Alliance Insurance in Calgary for twenty nine years and was an avid Calgary Flames fan. In addition to his parents of Lake George, Leigh is survived by a sister, Durena Feher (Bill), Calgary, AB; two nieces, Maygan and Lindsay Faher and a nephew, Douglas Feher, all of Calgary, AB; his maternal grandmother, Norma Kierstead Trewin, Woodstock, NB and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Norman and Clara Edgar and Harry and Myrtle Kierstead. Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Thursday form 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 2 p.m. with Rev.
