FRASER, JEAN LILLIAN (BETTS) At the Moncton City Hospital, on May 18th, 2009 JEAN LILLIAN (BETTS) FRASER passed on at the age of 79 years. Widow of Vance Fraser and daughter of the late Marvin and Grace (Robinson) Betts, she is survived by her sons John (Bette) of Sussex, Douglas (Starr) and Stewart (Patty) of Moncton, Stephen of Doaktown; by daughters Carolyn (Glen) MacDonald and Margaret (Paul) MacDonald of Ontario; by brothers Melvin (Maureen) Betts and Lloyd (Lillian) Betts of Doaktown; by ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by brother Francis Betts and sisters, Leola Justason, Doris Storey and infant Elsie Betts. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home until Thursday when funeral service will be held from the Chipman United Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kathi Zwicker officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials to the Chipman United Church or charity of donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
