ARBEAU, EVELYN LENORA Evelyn L. Arbeau of Fredericton and formerly of McAdam passed away June 8, 2009 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at McAdam in 1929, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Edith (Blair) Smith. Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and listening to Country Gospel music. She is survived by her children, Edith Gallant (Edgar), Toronto, ON, Grace Christie (Stewart), Harvey Station; Ruth Moore (Dwaine), Fredericton, John Arbeau (Linda), Doaktown, Eric Arbeau (Cathy), Saint John, Ruby Hamilton (Joe), Fredericton and Chris Arbeau, Kingsley; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; a brother, Albert Smith (Blackie), Brockway; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Archie J. Arbeau on April 10, 2009, a son, Basil and a brother, Blair Smith. Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Route 3, Harvey Station on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 12 noon until the hour of service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wade Bradford officiating.
