RILEY, SHIRLEY "SHIRL" PATRICIA On June 10, 2009, Shirley "Shirl" Riley of Estey's Bridge passed away peacefully and quietly at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born June 11, 1938 in Fredericton, she was a daughter of the late Leslie and Phyllis (Wharton) Hazlett. Shirl was known for always having a compassionate and listening ear, being non judgmental and a very conscientious spiritual person She is survived by her husband Raymond "Ray"; children Randy Riley (Paulette) of Vancouver, Cindy Turgeon (Claude) of Fredericton Jct.; grandchildren Shannon Lee Riley and Jared Turgeon; sisters Elizabeth Nason (Bayard) of Edmonton, Kim Campbell (Eric) of Hartland; brothers Richard Hazlett (Brenda) of Estey's Bridge, Reg Hazlett (Darlene) of Royal Road; numerous nieces and nephews. At Shirl's request cremation to take place. Family will receive friends on Sunday June 14, 2009 at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Rd. from 2 to 4 PM. Service will be held on Monday June 15, 2009 from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. A reception will be held immediately following the service for those to celebrate her life. Known for her infectious laugh, love of country music and dancing. To quote a devoted wife, loving mother and dear friend "LUV U".
