PARSONS - SCOTT, ISABELLA VERNICE At the York Manor Nursing Home on July 22, 2009, Isabella V. Parsons-Scott passed away at the age of 82. Born in Doak Settlement, NB, she was a daughter of late Trueman and Eveleen (Muzzerall) Parsons. Isabella was a member of Christ Church (Parish) Church, Westmorland Street, as well as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxillary, Branch #4. She was employed with James S. Neill and Sons, and later with the UNB Bookstore retiring in 1992 after 25 years. She is survived by her children Shirley Hunt (Don), Sharon Levesque (John), and Ralph Scott Jr. (Jean); 10 grandchildren George, Patrick, Michael, Tara, Jaclyn, Keltie, Allain, Jennifer, Judy and Krista; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Marie and Esther Griffiths; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Allan; daughter JoAnne; father of her children Ralph Frederick Scott; brothers Melvin, Louis, and Charlie; sisters Mildred, Joyce and Laura. Honoring Isabella's wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of her life will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road on Saturday July 25, 2009 at 11:30 AM with Pastor Pete Thomas officiating.
