DENISE PELLETIER
PELLETIER, DENISE 1948-2009 Denise has left us for her final journey on July 24th, 2009 in Trois-Rivières (Québec), following a brief illness. A well-traveled teacher and historian, Denise worked in Fredericton for 25 years before returning to her home province last May. She leaves behind her parents, Georges and Cécile Pelletier (Trois-Rivières); her sisters, Ginette (Ottawa) and France, wife of Claude Poirier (Gatineau); two nieces, Marie-Eve (Montréal) and Annie (Gatineau), and a nephew, Jean-Michel (Montréal); as well as uncles, aunts, and many cousins, all living in the province of Québec. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her many friends in New Brunswick and Québec who cherished her generosity and thoughtfulness. A memorial celebration will be held on Friday, July 31st, between noon and 3:00 pm at the Centre funéraire Rousseau (Funeral Home), 5305 Jean XXIII blvd., in Trois-Rivières (Québec). Family members and friends are all invited to attend. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated, as well as masses for the repose of her soul.
