PRICE, EDITH NOREEN (LYONS) The passing of Edith Noreen (Lyons) Price, wife of the late Aaron Hovey Price, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on August 14, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital after a brief illness. Born in McNamee on September 9, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Florence (O'Donnell) Lyons. She was a Homemaker and was a member of the United Pentecostal Church. Edith is survived by her children, Barbara Keats (Dave Jewett), Brenda Price, Brian W Price (Laurel); grandchildren, Corrine Mayo (Dave), Brian A Price (Michelle), Christopher Keats (Jan), Stephanie Williams (Lyndon), Angela Keats (Gerry); great grandchildren, Waverly Mayo, Zachary and Richelle Price, Jayleen, Julia and Jeffrey Keats, Daane and Asher Williams; sisters, Gertie Lyons, Greta Price (Peter); Mable Amos, Mary Lyons, Lois Dore; brothers, Carol Lyons (Doreen), Darrell Lyons (Alice) and son-in-law, James Keats (Debby). In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by infant sons, Aaron Eugene and Gower Carleton; son-in-law, John Morehouse; brothers, Murray Lyons (Eleanor) and Ben Lyons (Eileen); sister, Ivy O'Donnell (Cyril); brothers-in-law, Jim Lyons, Shirley Amos, Terry Lyons, Rollie Dore and a good friend, Basil Jones. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home Ltd., 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday, August 16, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Victory Tabernacle Church, 143 Douglas Avenue on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 2pm with Rev. Weldon Mutch officiating. Interment will take place in the Porter Cove Pentecostal Cemetery in, Porter Cove, NB. Remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
