62, New Waterford It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Paul Helle, New Waterford, N.S., at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on April 24, 2008, surrounded by his loving family. Born in New Waterford, he was the son of the late Victor and Clenda (Kendall) Helle. Paul was well known as a meat cutter and later on he went to work at the Nova Scotia Power Plant in Lingan. He had a great passion for anitque cars. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa (Larade); daughter, Kathleen (Brent) MacEachern, New Waterford; sons, Tom, Kitchener, Ont., Kevin (Bev), Innisfil, Ont. and Keith, Halifax; sister, Mary Digero, New Waterford; brothers, John (Carol), Glace Bay and Victor, New Waterford; grandchildren, Chris, Craig, Jessica, Taylor, Sydney, Gavyn and Aeriana. Besides his parents, Paul was predeceased by his sisters, Julie (Sis) Doucette and Betty Axworthy. By Paul’s request, cremation has taken place under the direction of McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave., New Waterford, N.S., 862-7500.
