FRANCIS, NANCY MILDRED Nancy Mildred Francis passed away at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 at the age of 68. Born in Marysville, NB on March 10, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Clinton Robert Boyce and Grace Elizabeth Boyce (nee Brown). She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Cecil DR (Ross) Francis; three children, Connie Francis (James), Timothy Francis, Wendy McDonough (Kevin); grandchildren, Holly Tobin, Tyler, Clinton and Cody Francis, Patrick and Katie McDonough, Kayla Carpenter and her mother, Debbie.; three sisters, Elizabeth, Linda and Jennie.
