WARD, BETTY PAULINE The passing of Betty Pauline Ward of Rusagonis, NB occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on October 27, 2009. She was 88. Born in Upper Blackville, NB. she was the wife of the late Hogan David Ward. Betty was a former member of the Women's Institute of Rusagonis and attended the Rusagonis Baptist Church. She was employed with Wilson Dry Cleaners, Cash N' Carry Dry Cleaners, Tingley's Grocery Store and Barbour's Food Ltd. She is survived by her sons, Duncan Ward (Ella Mae) of Fredericton, Ivan Ward (Jeannie) of Arcadia, Florida; daughter, Shirley Gregory (David) of Charters Settlement; grandchildren Eugene, Karen, Melodi, Michelle, Melissa and Tracie; great grandchildren, Jake and Megean, Delia and Brody, Grace and Madeline; great-great grandchild, Peyton; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Also survived by special friend, Joe Flarow. Predeceased by a brother, Norman Campbell. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton. The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 2:00 pm from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brent MacDonald officiating. Interment in the Rural Cemetery.
