STILLWELL, MARGUERITE BERTHA Marguerite Stillwell passed away unexpectedly on December 9th, 2009 at her residence in Fredericton. Born February 29th, 1916 she was the daughter of the late Bertha (Barton) and Thomas Stillwell. Marguerite was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her beloved cat, Bingo; her nieces and nephews, Gerald Stillwell, Dale Horncastle, Jean Hughes and Joan Collett as well as several great and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was a lifelong member of Grace Memorial Baptist Church and was very active in church activities including teaching Sunday School at George Street United Baptist and being a Dominion Life Member of the Women's Missionary Society. She was employed for 35 years with the Provincial Department of Labour and Manpower. She was secretary to the Minister of Labour and retired from the Labour Relations Board. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Funeral Home on Friday, December 11th, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 12th, 2009 at Grace Memorial Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Doug Hapeman officiating.
