BREWER, MARGARET CECELIA The passing of Margaret Cecelia Brewer of Keswick Ridge, NB occurred on December 15, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 2, 1919 in Tay Creek, NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Annie (Armstrong) Green. She was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church. Margaret enjoyed quilting, knitting, gardening and crossword puzzles. Margaret is survived by her sons, Gerald Grey (Hazel) of Keswick Ridge, NB, Clarence Grey (Helene) and Brian Grey (Bonnie) both of Scotch Settlement, NB; 11 grandchildren, Angela Doiron (Paul), Anthony Grey (Norah), Andrew Grey (Paula), Scott Grey (Laura), Gary Grey (friend Kristi), Andrea Tralongo (Jack), Karen Grey (friend Alex), David Grey, Greg Edmondson (Ruth), Joe Edmondson (Kim) and Amy Scott (Darren); 12 great grandchildren, Chloe, Dominic, Ashlee, Larissa, Aaron, Parker, Taliah, Matthew, Alynn, Nicholas, Tylor and Leah; son-in-law, Ronald Edmondson of Keswick Ridge; step sons, Larry Brewer (Marilyn) and Myles Brewer (Rose) both of Zealand; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Myrtle Whitehead, Evelyn Galloway (Ray), Ellen Price and Geraldine Grey. Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her first husband, Elmer Grey and second husband, Eugene Brewer; daughter, Maxine Edmondson; Margaret, the last surviving member of her immediate family was predeceased by her sisters, Jenny, Louise and Helen; brothers, Cecil, Austin, William "Billy" and Douglas; half sisters, Mary and Clara; half brother, Ernest; sister-in-law, Mary Jones; brother-in-law, Bernus Grey. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 2:30 pm with Ven. Archdeacon John T. Sharpe officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be Anthony, Andrew, Scott, David and Gary Grey, Greg and Joe Edmondson. Interment will take place in Scotch Settlement Cemetery at a later date.
