HASSON, DOUGLAS ALLAN 1938-2009 Passed away suddenly at home on Christmas Day with his family by his side. He leaves to mourn his wife, Janet Fudge-Hasson of Calgary, his step-daughter Cindy (Shawn) Mclean of Calgary as well as his pride and joy, grandson Jack McLean. He is also survived by his step-son Tom Richards and three granddaughters, Sarah, Gillian and Catherine of Edmonton. Douglas will be very much missed by his two canine buddies, Carlos and Casey. He is survived by his brothers, Allison (Marilyn) of Rothesay, Linwood (Ilene) of Quispamsis, Gordon (Ann) of Nackawic and one sister, Mary (John) Croft of Saint John. As well as sisters-in-law Thelma Hasson of Ottawa and Tina Hasson of Salmon Creek. He was pre-deceased by his parents Ella and Walter Hasson and brothers Russell and Kenneth Hasson. Douglas lived the majority of his life in California and enjoyed a colourful career as a international banker and as a realtor, owning his own Real Estate Company in Burbank, California. He returned home to Canada in 2004 after experiencing ill health. Arrangements for a memorial service in the spring in Chipman are being arranged by Chipman Funeral Home, Chipman. N.B.
