JOSEPH YVON ROCH THERIAULT

THERIAULT, JOSEPH YVON ROCH Roch Theriault of Upper Queensbury, NB passed away suddenly at his home on January 17, 2010. Born in 1940 at Riviere Verte, Madawaska Co., NB, he was an only child of the late Ernest and Lina Theriault. Roch was a member of the Nackawic Lions Club, the Kirk United Church Choir and Ski Atlantic Seniors Club. He volunteered with the Fredericton Soup Kitchen and the Men's Breakfast at St. Clements Anglican Church. Roch enjoyed music, participating with several local bands, the Soggy Mountain Boys as well as drummer for John and Jean Maunder. Roch is survived by his wife, Charlene (MacFarlane) Chatterton; his children, Janic Theriault (Jeffery), Nackawic, Eric Theriault (Stephane), Montreal, PQ, Andrew Chatterton (Angie), Quispamsis, Jason Chatterton (Robyn), Vancouver, NB and Adam Chatterton (Lisa), St. Thomas, ON; three grandchildren, Alexandra, Chloe and Carson; four sisters-in-law, Norma Liston (Earle), Prince George, BC, Sheila Elsliger (Barry), Rossville, Janet Nozzolillo (Ken), Nackawic and Carla Parker (Andrew), Woodstock; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Simon and St. Jude Catholic Church, Nackawic on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 11am with Father Bill Brennan officiating. Interment will be later. A reception will follow at the church.
