72, River Bourgeois Annette Ethel Fougére, 72, of River Bourgeois died peacefully May 12, 2008. Daughter of the late Blanche Sampson and Victor Pâté. She was predeceased by her husband, Remi (2006), son, Kenneth in infancy, brother, Walter and sister, Casilde MacDonald. She was known for her knitting, and enjoyed to the end, music and a daily drive (rain or shine!) for ice cream. She is survived by daughters, Lisa (Mrs. Jon Frost) and their son, Noah, Halifax; Suzanne, her ‘Buddy’, at home; stepdaughter, Melissa, Halifax; sister, Gladys (Mrs. Joseph Côté), Garson, Ont.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 13 from 2-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9-10:30 a.m. at the River Bourgeois Funeral Parlour. Funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, River Bourgeois, with the Rev. Everett MacDow officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Donations for masses or to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements are under the direction of Alex A. Morrison Funeral Home, St. Peter’s.
