Passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, June 26, 2008, Philomena Mary Leonard of Southern Harbour, aged 81 years. Predeceased by her husband Patrick Leonard (1996) and daughters: Doreen and Catherine. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughters: Madonna (Neil Simon), Madeline (Albert Messervey), Lucy (Vince Ennis), Rita (Gary Pittman) and Jackie (David Ryan); sons: Felix (Catherine), Thomas (Vera), Leo (Kathleen), Bernard (Marie), Donald (Janet) and Kenneth; sisters: Theresa and Nellie; brother Dennis McCarthy; a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Christ The King Roman Catholic Church, Southern Harbour. Funeral service 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Christ The King Roman Catholic Church, Southern Harbour with interment to follow at Roman Catholic Cemetery, Southern Harbour.
