July 5, 1979-May 25, 2008 Orangedale Angela Cormier died suddenly at her home of Korban House at L’Arche Cape Breton, Orangedale, on Sunday, May 25, 2008 . Angela leaves to mourn her father, Bernie Cormier, Halifax; mother, Dorine Camus; beloved sister, Trina Cormier, Cheticamp; and her housemates at Korban House; as well as a wide circle of extended family and friends. Angela was born and lived her early years in Cheticamp. She found home at L’Arche Cape Breton in 1998 and graduated from the Whycocomagh Education Centre in 1999 – a moment she always treasured. Angela’s many loves included music (especially bagpipes), her family, her friendships, good movies, pretty dresses and adventures of all kinds. Angela was a woman of deep faith who knew and trusted in God’s love for her. Angela’s remains will be resting at Korban House, 1399 Orangedale Rd., 7-9 p.m. Monday, May 26, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 27 and 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Wednesday, May 28. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the L’Arche Cape Breton chapel at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow. A memorial mass and burial will take place in Cheticamp. Flowers gratefully accepted. Angela was a woman of true beauty who shared that beauty with the people around her and with the world.
