Toronto Christena Mary (MacNeil) Richard died suddenly in Toronto on June 4, 2008. Born June 9, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John Hector and Rachael Ann (MacKinnon) MacNeil of Shenacadie, N.S. Survived by sons, Fred (Christine) Roseanne, Jeanette (Rick), Stephen (Tina), John (Koko), Allan (Tammy), Henry (Sarah). Also survived by brothers, John Hugh (Ann), John Alex, Neil Angus, and sister, Catherine Rose (Albert). Lovingly cherished by all her grandchildren, Erin, Brianna, Ian, Cameron, Brennan, Matthew, Adam, Bradley and Emily and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Fred, daughter, Louise, brothers, Stephen and Allen, in infancy; sister, Margaret Ann and sister-in-law, Margaret Rose. Funeral mass was held Saturday, June 7, 2008, at St. Ann Catholic Church with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Toronto. Pallbearers were Jim Robertson, Mark Dickson, John Beckett, Ed Chislett, John Pius MacNeil and Norman Richard.
