69, Glace Bay/Dartmouth It is with heavy hearts that Bernice’s daughters, Chantal MacIntyre, Waterloo, Ont., and Tanya (Lance Lickfold) MacIntyre, Mallorca, Spain, announce the sudden passing of their mother in the VG Hospital, Halifax, on Friday, June 13, 2008. Mom will be remembered and sadly missed by her mother, Edith Jackson, Seaview Manor, Glace Bay; her sisters, Eileen Baird, Fall River, and Beverly Jackson, Dartmouth; and her grandson, Tyler MacIntyre, Waterloo. Bernice was predeceased by her father, Thomas Jackson and her sister, Joan Brufatto. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass of Resurrection will be 10 a.m., Friday in St. Anthony’s Church, Rev. Conrad Edwards officiating. Donations in Bernice memory may be made to your charity of choice.
