62 Anne Marie (Cable) Brewer, 62, passed away at home on July 11, 2008, surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Pearl (Flemming) Cable. Anne Marie is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Lloyd; daughters, Heather and Maggie, Halifax; brothers, Paul (Connie), West Paradise, David, Halifax; sisters, Clare (Jim) Spicer, Whitby, Ont., Mary (Tom) Pottie, Halifax, Judy (Claude) Chouinard, Cole Harbour, Madeleine de la Mothe, Halifax, and Angela Archer, Shelburne; mother-in-law, Nellie Brewer, North Sydney; sisters-in-law, Catherine Cable and Pat Cable; many loving nieces and nephews and special friend, Sister Doctor Jolaine States. She will also be missed by family pet, Monaco. Anne Marie touched the lives and hearts of everyone who knew her, especially family and friends of Halifax and North Sydney. She was predeceased by brothers, Fred, Donald and Philip and sister, Doreen and her husband, Peter Ronayne. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today (July 12, 2008) and Sunday, July 13 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St., Halifax. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m., Monday, July 14 in St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Dartmouth. Burial to take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
