50, Sydney/Cole Harbour It is with deep sadness that Elaine’s family announce her peaceful passing July 9, 2008, at home. Raised in Sydney, Elaine was a woman of abundant love, humour, kindness, compassion and generosity. Her children were her pride and joy in life. A diligent and dedicated worker, she was a longtime employee of Global Television. It was Elaine’s personal relationship with the Lord that gives her family comfort in knowing that she found peace and has gone on to Glory. A heartfelt thank you to QEII, VON and those special family and friends who provided comfort to Elaine during her courageous fight with cancer. Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Johnnie; sons, Cory, Halifax, Matthew and daughter, Meaghan, both at home. Also mother, Mable; stepfather, Harry Creemer Jr., Bedford; sisters, Claudine (Nino) Perricciolo, Etobicoke, Ont., Debbie Wolodka, Kentville; brothers, Kenny (Cathy) Wolodka, Kentville, Bill Wolodka (Wendy), Canning and Harry Jr. Creemer, Waverley. As she wished, cremation has already taken place. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 14 at 10 a.m. in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth. Reception to follow.
