Passed away suddenly at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident. Neil Bodman, aged 28 years. Predeceased by his maternal grandparents, May and Ladda O'Mahony of Dublin, Ireland. Leaving to mourn are his loving parents, Sebastian and Marian; sister and best friend, Aoife; precious nephew, Benjamin; grandparents, Veronica and Richard Bodman of Cork, Ireland; aunts, Gabriel of Cork, Ireland and Fiona Chin-Yee (Mark) of Dartmouth; uncles: Gary (Linda) and Martin (Annette) of Dublin; numerous cousins: Tim, Claire, Wayne, Erica, Simon, Fionn, Aisling, Allison, Gary Ian, Sarah, Niamh, Ruari, Jimmy and Sarah; great-aunts: Nuala and Colette and special friend, Elise. Neil also left behind many friends who have come from far and away to share in their grief. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from St. Peter's Parish on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
