
FREDERICK CLIVE (TED) MACMICHAEL
MACMICHAEL, FREDERICK CLIVE (TED) - Frederick Clive (Ted) Macmichael, 74, Dartmouth, passed away peacefully at the QEII Hospital, Feb. 25th, 2003, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Saint John, N.B., he was the son of the late Harold and Bessie (Redden) Macmichael. Ted was a talented, creative man. He played drums in numerous jazz and dixieland bands and even the Saint John Symphony in the early days. In his "day job" he was a top graphic artist, usually self-employed, but he also worked at MTT and later Halcraft Printing for a time. He is survived by his brother Hal (Doris), son, Reg (Joan), daughter, Marla (Brian), grandchildren, Heather, David, Cadence, Elizabeth, Kathy, Robert, Tracy and great granddaughter, Jacqueline. He was predeceased by his wife, Lyla (Flinn), son, Kevin, sisters, Helen and Jean. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st at 10:30am at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, School Street, Dartmouth, with Reverend Sandy McDonald officiating. Interment in Mt.
