HEMPHILL, DONALD MORRISON - Passed away Friday, March 21, 2003 at the St. John Regional Hospital, he was 59. Donald M. Hemphill, of Woodstock, N.B., was born on July 18, 1943 to O. Barton Hemphill and the late Joyce (Thomas) Hemphill. He is survived by his father, Barton Hemphill of Woodstock, N.B., six children - Natalie Hemphill of Jacksonville, N.B., Michael (Laurie) of Debec, Roger (Samantha) of Jacksonville, Philip (Lisa) of Ottawa, Mitchell Hemphill of Jacksonville, and Matthew (Courtney) of Fredericton. One brother - Robert (Janet) of Crossfield, Ab. and one sister - Shirley Blue of Debec, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother and one infant son, Geoffery. Resting at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Rd. Jacksonville, N.B. where friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday March 23, 2003. Funeral service will be held on Monday March 24, 2003 from the Carleton Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Fred Snyder will be officiating. Interment will take place at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date. If you wish, donations may be made to the Cancer Society or the Animal Shelter.
