SNOW, ALYRE J. - The death of Alyre J. Snow formerly of 214 Ellerdale St., Saint John, husband of the late Irene M. (Gosselin) Snow, occurred at the Veterans' Health Unit of the Dr. Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, on Saturday, March 22, 2003. Mr. Snow was born in Moncton, a son of the late James and Merlinda Snow, and had resided in Saint John for over fifty years. He had been a watchmaker and jeweler for 48 years. He served overseas with the Royal Canadian Army during the Second World War and had been a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 14. ?He is survived by two sons, Roger J. (Anne) of Lincoln, N.B., and Ronald J. of Saint John; four grandchildren, Michelle Snow of Damascus, N.B., Krista Snow of Hampton, and Gary and Cindy Snow, both of Lincoln; two sisters-in-law, Rose Hall of Elora, Ont., and Flora Hetherington of Fergus, Ont.; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., Saint John, where service will be held on Wednesday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Visiting on Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. In lieu of flowers, donations to the "Veterans' Minibus Fund" c/o the Chalmers Regional Hospital Foundation, P.O.
