SHAW, GRETA ARLENE - Passed away March 27, 2003 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, she was 81. Greta Shaw was born on October 24, 1921 to the late Roy and Pauline (Hamilton) Melvin. She is survived by her husband, Reginald Shaw of Woodstock, N.B. 5 children, Bert Shaw (Paulette) of N.S., Dianna Shaw (Charles Hewlett) of Ont., Janis Shaw of Hartland, N.B. Myrtle Scott (Christopher) of Alberta and Christopher Shaw of Alberta; 3 grandchildren, Daniel Musgrave, William Scott, and Alison Scott; siblings, Evelyn McHatten of Rosedale, N.B., Bertie Clair of Ont., Bea Burke (Arthur) of Ont., and Virginia Brown (William) of Sussex, N.B. and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 sisters, Doris Deller and Jean LaLonde, also by 1 infant brother, Lloyd Melvin. There will be no visitation by the family's request. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2003 at 2:00p.m. from the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, N.B.
