BRIGGS, RUSSELL W. E. - The death of Russell W.E. Briggs, of Upper Gagetown occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday, March 28th, 2003. Born in Upper Gagetown, NB, he was the son of the late Paul and Perle (Bridges) Briggs and husband of Jessie (Coy) Briggs. Survived by his wife Jessie of Upper Gagetown, NB; one son, Peter (Brenda) of Quispamsis, NB; one daughter, Judy (Mel) Glustien of Ottawa, ON; one granddaughter, three grandsons, one great granddaughter and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, five brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Sunday, March 30th, 2003 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 31st, 2003 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held in Upper Gagetown Cemetery at a later date.
