LAUGHLIN, HILLARY ANNE - The death of Hillary Anne Laughlin, age 22, occurred on April 4, 2003, at the University Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, from complications of Cystic Fibrosis. Born in Saint John she graduated from Barnhill School and St. Malachy's Memorial High School and attended UNBSJ while working at Meditrust Pharmacy before her move to Alberta. She touched the hearts of all who knew her with her quick wit and concern for others. Survived by her partner Michael Devlin of Edmonton, AB, her parents David and Elaine, her sister Stephanie of Dallas, TX, her paternal grandmother Alice Laughlin of St. Stephen, NB, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held from Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at 1:00 PM, from St. Mark's United Church. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
