MRS. MARGARET ALICE (HARVEY) INGERSOLL

INGERSOLL, MRS. MARGARET ALICE (HARVEY) - Mrs. Margaret Alice (Harvey) Ingersoll beloved mother and grandmother, died peacefully on April 7, 2003, at the age of 83, in the Saint John Regional Hospital, where she had been a patient in the Neurological unit for several months. She will be deeply missed by her daughters Judith and Susan; her son-in-law, Wayne Ingalls; two granddaughters, Jayne and Jillian; her grandson-in-law, Gary Hall; and two great grandchildren, Oliver and Quincy Hall; as well as sisters, Christine (John Mosgrove), Audrey, Hildred (Richard Nason), Mary (William Young), and Ruth (Philip Cooper); sister-in-law, Joan Harvey; brother-in-law, Blake Ingersoll (Alta); sister-in-law, Evelyn Ingersoll; and several nieces and nephews. Margaret will also be mourned by many friends in her church and her community, Grand Manan. Margaret was the daughter of the late Fletcher and Roberta Harvey, and the widow of Neil Ingersoll. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Laurence and Scott; a sister-in-law, Norma Ingalls; and two brothers-in-law, Scott Ingersoll and Lewis (Buck) Chisholm. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ells Funeral Home (662-3116), with visiting at the North Head Wesleyan Church, Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. On Thursday, April 10th, 2003 with Rev. Charles Bain officiating, internment to follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Grand Manan Library or the Boys' and Girls' Club.
