BLACK, VERNA B. - Miss Verna B. Black, of Canaan Forks, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on April 18, 2003. She was born in Cherryvale, NB on April 3, 1928, the daughter of the late William and Edith (Corey) Black. Verna is survived by her sister, Hazel Kierstead and her husband Clevie of Cherryvale, her sister-in-law, Dora Black of Moncton, several nieces and nephews. Verna was predeceased by two sisters, Helena Damery and Muriel Thorne and by three brothers, Elmer, Avard and Aubrey.
