LINGLEY, GRETA W.W.W. - At her residence on May 16, 2003 Greta Willis, Warring, Wetmore Lingley of the St. John and St. Stephen Nursing Home, wife of the late Kenneth L. Lingley. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Frank and Addie (Warring) Wetmore. Greta was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She owned and operated Frank E. Wetmore Construction on City Rd., she was a dedicated member of the Kings Daughters and Sons (Silver Cross Circle and Friendship Circle), life member of the Ladies Auxiliary YMCA and a member of St. John and St. Stephen Church and adherent of St. Martin's United Church. She is survived by one daughter-in-law Marie Lingley of Bay View N.B., eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. A grave side service will take place at Fernhill Cemetery on Saturday May 24, 2003 at 11 am. A procession will leave the office of Fernhill Cemetery Westmorland Rd. at 10:50 am to go to the grave site. Donations to the International Order of the King's Daughter's and Son's (Shirley Cooper Scholarship Fund) or charity of donors choice. Following interment a reception will take place at Saint John and St. Stephen's Church, Coburg Street. Arrangements under the direction of Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701).
