MacFADYEN, CHRISTINE MARY (HIGGINS) - At Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB on May 22, 2003, Christine Mary (Higgins) MacFadyen, widow of Harry J. MacFadyen, of St. Stephen, NB. Daughter of the late Jerimah and Margaret (Dooley) Higgins of Flume Ridge. Christine is survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Martin, Thomas, James, Leo and Jerome and sisters, Margaret Cloney, Mary Mulherin, Eileen Beaumaster, Alice Hiland and Kathryn Mulherin. Christine enjoyed her career as a nurse having worked in St. Stephen, Calais, Harvey and Moncton for several years. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Union Street, St. Stephen, NB on Saturday May 24, 2003 at 2 PM with Rev. Paul Riley officiating. Interment at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Rollingdam, NB. Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB (506-466-1844) with visiting hours on Friday May 23, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
