ROSS, ANNIE MAE - The death of Mrs. Annie Mae (Nan) (Holburn) Ross, of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Douglas James Ross, occurred peacefully on Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at the residence of her son, Frank. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Francis L. and Mary (Stevens) Holburn. Nan was formerly employed with Calp's Department Store for a number of years. She is survived by one son, Frank D. (Marlene) Ross of Martinon, three daughters, Lynn A. Bartlett of Saint John, Sharon L. Hunt (Robert) of Kingston Peninsula, NB, and Deborah L. Nelson (Ronald) of Grand Bay- Westfield, NB, one sister, Mary Handren of Saint John, 11 grandchildren, Janice Seely, Gregory Ross, Jason Ross, Stephen Bartlett, Kimberly Levesque, Kevin Bartlett, Robert Hunt, Terrance Hunt, Sherri Hunt, Daniel Nelson and Jeffery Nelson, 14 great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Doug, her parents, a sister, Christina Littlejohn, and a brother, Murray Holburn. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB, (506) 634-7425, with visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2003 at 11:00 AM from Bay View Chapel. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
