(Monk) 40, Edson Alberta It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Levera Baker of Edson, Alberta, on August 9, 2008 due to a motor vehicle accident. Left to mourn her loss is her mother, Susan Monk, and step-father, Wally Monk, of Howie Centre, Nova Scotia; children, Julian Mahmoudi of Toronto, Ontario, Jessica and Taylor Baker of Abbotsford, British Columbia; sister, Melannie Clark of Morinville, Alberta; step-brother, Kendall Monk of Edmonton, Alberta, and step-sister, Pamela Monk of Oyama, British Columbia. Also surviving is her special friend, Robert Mellersh of Edson, Alberta; aunts, uncles, several nieces and nephews and step-grandmother, Anne Knox of Glace Bay and many other friends. Jacqueline was predeceased by her father, Aubrey Baker, and grandparents. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date by the family. In lieu of floral tributes, the family suggests donations be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice in memory of Jacqueline Levera Baker.
