RODGERS, HAROLD T. - The death of Harold T. Rodgers of Upham, husband of Beulah (Sherwood) Rodgers occurred June 19, 2003 at Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born at Barnesville, son of the late William S. and Jennie (Boyne) Rodgers.? Harold was employed with Crystal Ice and engaged in farming in his earlier years and from 1970 - 1985 he worked at D.O.T. Norton where he retired as Road Supervisor. Surviving besides his wife are three daughters Carol Smith of Upham, Sharon Greig (Ian) of Milton, ON, Gail Rodgers of Norton; two sons William of Norton, Bruce (Paula) of New Glasgow, NS; three sisters Grace Tays of Pickering, ON, Vera Hughes of Saint John, Lillian Mitchell (Ken) of Cardigan, PEI; one brother Clifford Lance Rodgers of Edmonton; nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one son Gerald and one sister Vivian McGivery. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Saturday at St. Barnabas Church, Barnesville with service at 2:00 pm. Rev. Philip Pain officiating.? Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
