VAIL, FRANCIS (FRANK) LEROY - Francis (Frank) L. Vail of Brockway passed away June 19, 2003 at Harvey Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife Edna Vail; three step-children, Ian Briggs (Karla), St. Stephen, Dale Briggs (Ena), Harvey Station and Anne Stinson (Dr. Gordon), Harvey Station; a step-daughter-in-law, Nancy Briggs, Beaverton, Ontario; three sisters, Ruth Walker, St. Stephen, Pauline Theriault, Ottawa, Ontario and Patricia Maquire, Thunder Bay, Ontario; a brother-in-law, Goldie Martin (Muriel), Tweedside; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by a brother, Jack and step-son Tommy Briggs. Resting at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station with visiting hours on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Harvey Station on Sunday, June 22, 2003 at 3 p.m. Rev.
