RUPERT, MURIEL E. - At the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July 9th, 2003; Muriel Ethel (Dobson) Rupert of West Saint John, NB, wife of the late Harry Rupert. Born in Campbellton, NB she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Mary Ann (O'Connell) Dobson. For many years Muriel worked as a nursing assistant with the D.V.A. Hospital in Saint John. She was member of St. George's Anglican Church. Muriel is survived by her two sons James C.(Mildred) and David, all of Saint John West, one daughter Dorothy Rae of Saint John, sister Dorothy Gilker of Campbellton, two grandchildren, Phillip C. and Christopher J., several nieces and nephews. Muriel was predeceased by her son Gary. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, West Saint John, NB (506-634-1701) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Friday, July 11th, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. The interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances and donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
