GRANT, BERTRAM EUGENE - Passed away at Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, N.B. on July 12, 2003. Bertram E. Grant of Bedell, N.B. was born on July 15, 1927 to the late Phillip and Beatrice (Corey) Grant. He is survived by his wife - Leona (Cummings) Grant of Bedell, N.B., Daughter - Valerie Grant - Fougere (Randy) of Bedell, N.B., Granddaughter - Alyssa, Special Boy - Dylan Day, Sisters - Anna Grant of Newburg, N.B., Iris Thornton of Orillia, Ont., Cora Hoyt of Springfield, N.B., Blanche Clark of Lower Brighton, N.B., Nellie Kinney of Presque Isle, Maine, and Roberta Sharpe of Nortondale, N.B. He was predeceased by two brothers - Thomas and William. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Rd. Jacksonville, N.B. where friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday July 14, 2003. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dale Greer will be officiating assisted by Rev. Gerald Inman.
