WRIGHT, BERLA A. - Berla A. Wright 80, of Spencer Memorial Home and formerly of Alward Avenue, Moncton passed away at her residence on Friday August 1, 2003. Born in St. Stephen, daughter of the late Guy and Mabel (Scott) White. Berla was a former employee of Moncton #5 Supply Depot, member of Wesley Memorial United Church, life member of the UCW, former Sunday School Teacher and C.G.I.T. Leader. Berla will be sadly missed by her daughter Marilyn Whitby (David), Halifax; sons, Gordon (Jacquie), Mississauga, ON; Alan (Wanda), Moncton; grandsons, Mark (Lisa); Jonathan; Peter. Several nieces and nephews and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her husband, Glendon (Glen) Wright (July 2002); sisters, Frances Hodge; Melva Hillier; brother, Kenneth White. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Monday 2-4,7-9. Funeral Service at Wesley Memorial United Church Tuesday August 5, 2003, 1pm, Rev. Lloyd Bruce officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Hopewell Hill Cemetery.
