MacLENNAN, JACK BYRON - The death of Jack MacLennan husband of Raye Carol (Nickson) MacLennan, of Public Landing, NB, ?occurred August 12, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital surrounded by his family.?Born in Saint John he was the son of the late John D. and Marjorie S. (McCaw) MacLennan.?Jack was a family man who loved family gatherings, his great passion was fishing, going on a father, son and grandson fishing trip once a year. Jack also loved woodworking and a really good joke. He was a member of St Peters Anglican Church Vestry and Branch # 87 Royal Canadian Legion.?He is survived by four sons, Gary MacLennan (Cathy), Norton, NB, Kevin ?(Sharon) MacLennan, Nerepis, NB, Keith (Kimberly) MacLennan, Public Landing, NB, Blair (Anne) MacLennan, Public Landing, NB, two daughters Kathalyn (Roland) Cheley, Nerepis, NB, Raye Ann MacLennan, (Joseph), Public Landing, NB, 10 grandchildren, Ian, Scott and Sean, MacLennan, Michael and Carol Anne Cheley, Adam and Tyler MacLennan, Kari and Kyle MacLennan and Meghan MacLennan, one sister, Joan Grass, Saint John, NB, and Glenda Rutherford, Quispamsis, NB., one special nephew Kent (Stacey) Grass, Saint John, NB. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB, (634-7425), with visiting on Thursday evening August 14, 2003, 6-9 PM. Funeral will take place at St. Peters Anglican Church, Public Landing, NB, Saturday August 16, 2003, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
