TOMIC, CAROLYN - Unexpectedly, at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, August, 19th, 2003, Carolyn Tomic of Saint John, NB. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, she is the daughter of the late Douglas and Grace Reid. Carolyn gave many years offering herself as a foster parent. Carolyn is survived by her children Jessica and Robert of Ottawa, Jacob of Saint John, sisters Debbie Reid of Saint John, Sandra and brother Kirk Reid both of Ottawa, niece Taina and nephew Steven. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue West Saint John (506-634-1701) from where the visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 - 5 p.m. only. Cremation will take place followed by interment of ashes at Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Friday, August, 22nd, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or charity of the donors' choice.
