NORSWORTHY, JEAN EVELYN - Of Aroostook, formerly of Saint John, passed away at the Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on Friday August 22, 2003. Born in California Settlement on December 19, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Eva Herchel. She is survived by her daughter Clara Eska Norsworthy of Aroostook, son Wayne Douglas Law of Hamilton, ON; her sisters Leona Davenport and June (Perley) DeMerchant of Hamilton, ON, Muriel Rogers, Almeda Rogers and Margaret (Eldon) Whitaker of Saint John, Holly Matthews of Fredericton, Arlene (Ralph) Whitaker of St. Stephen; her grandson Michael and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Delbert Norsworthy and her brother Keith Herchel Parks. Jean was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Electra Chapter #9. At Jean's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A graveside service along with an Eastern Star memorial service will be held on Monday August 25, 2003 at 2 pm from the Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Perth-Andover. Rev. John Mills officiating.
